The Salaam Cultural Museum
is a charitable non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization based in Seattle, Washington, USA. We were featured in an article in the Seattle Times.

Our Mission - Artifacts.
Across the Middle East and North Africa traditional societies are undergoing rapid change. In many cases cheap modern goods are now the norm, and hand-made implements, furnishings, and jewelry that have been handed down for generations are being thrown out. The Salaam Cultural Museum aims to preserve these artifacts and the insight they provide into traditional culture in the region.

Our Mission - Education.
The Bridge Between the Cultures Project includes a wide range of activities: public education, cultural exchange, citizen diplomacy, dialogue, media, and book publication. We are also exploring the use of the Internet to solve development problems and to encourage good government in the Middle East and North Africa.
